Bunny — Terms of Service

1. Who we are, and what this covers

Bunny ("Bunny," "we," "us") is the intelligence layer for conference weeks — an app that helps attendees discover events, coordinate their week, and connect with the right people at the right events. These Terms govern your use of the Bunny app and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Bunny is currently an invite-only beta. Some features are incomplete, may change without notice, and are provided to help us learn what to build next — see §9 (Beta status) for what that means for you.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Bunny. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that everything you tell us about yourself is accurate (see the "Be real" rule below). Access during the beta is by invite code or an accepted referral — we may limit, pause, or end the beta program at any time.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, or by contacting us at the address in §13 — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

4. The ground rules

These are the rules Bunny is built around — agreed at the product level and shown to every user during onboarding, before they can use the app:

Be real. Real name, real face, real plans. No fake or impersonating profiles. Bunny is IRL-first — the people you meet through it are real people you may meet in person.
Keep it safe. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other users, hosts, or anyone connected to an event on Bunny.
No illegal coordination. Don't use Bunny to plan, organize, or promote anything illegal — that includes using event coordination features to arrange illegal activity.
No explicit content. No sexually explicit photos, profile content, or messages.
Respect the circle. What's shared inside a Circle (Bunny's small-group chat and coordination space) stays in that Circle. Don't screenshot, forward, or otherwise re-share another member's messages, plans, or personal details outside the Circle without their consent.

Breaking any of these is grounds for content removal, a warning, or account suspension/termination, at our discretion, without refund of anything already paid (see §7).

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (profile info, photos, messages, notes on connections, event RSVPs, and the like — "Your Content"). By posting it, you give Bunny a license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to run the Service — for example, showing your profile to a confirmed connection, or your RSVP status on an event you're going to. You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to post it.

We can remove content that violates §4 or these Terms, and we may access content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, or to respond to a safety report (see Bunny Safe, §6).

6. Safety features

Bunny includes in-app safety tools (including a Circle-level safety alert, "Bunny Safe"). These tools are a way to notify people around you inside the app — they are not a substitute for calling emergency services, and Bunny cannot guarantee a response time or outcome. In a genuine emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

7. Events, RSVPs, and third-party platforms

Many events on Bunny are hosted on third-party platforms (for example, Luma or Partiful). Where that's the case:

Bunny surfaces publicly available event listings and, where a partnership exists, registration status from that platform — we don't control the event, its capacity, or its host's approval process.
Tapping "RSVP" on one of these events hands you off to that platform's own registration flow and its own terms. Your actual registration record lives there, not with Bunny, unless the event was created directly through Bunny.
Approval, waitlisting, capacity, and check-in are ultimately the event host's decision. Bunny's "Going"/"Interested" states are your own personal planning signal — they are not a guarantee of admission.

8. Prohibited conduct

Beyond §4, you agree not to: scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract Bunny data; impersonate another person or entity; use Bunny to send unsolicited bulk messages/spam; circumvent invite/access controls; interfere with the Service's normal operation; or use another person's account without permission.

9. Beta status

Bunny is under active development. Features, screens, and even underlying data structures may change, and we may add, remove, or gate features (including features you've already used) as we learn from real usage. We'll try to keep your core data (your account, connections, and plans) intact across changes, but the beta is provided "as is" without uptime or feature-stability guarantees. Feedback you give us during the beta may be used to improve the Service without additional compensation to you.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent the law allows. Bunny is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including anything that happens at an event you discovered or coordinated through Bunny — attending in-person events carries inherent real-world risk that Bunny does not control.

11. Termination

You can stop using Bunny and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the beta or the Service generally — where practical, we'll give notice.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves, especially during the beta. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be flagged in-app.
